I can understand that... Blu-Ray collections from the series proper might be more expensive than the movies, and honestly if you had those, it'd be kind of a waste just to do Type Tokujou and nothing else.

Well, his excuse aside, it's probably because (stop me if you heard this one before) the outfit features quite a bit of yellow for Kyoryugers who aren't Gold or Spirit Rangers. Having a yellow would honestly just kinda look... odd, if not bad. Slightly less-so if there were a spirit ranger, but still.
