Also, if you watch the Cho Den-O movie, Kotaro actually mentions that Ryoutarou is 19 years old but the distruption to the time stream caused by the Oni has affected Ryoutarou's looks.

Actually, Ohranger killed Sentai for me. And then Carranger (which was right after that) brought me back with its parody of Sentai in a Sentai. It still is in my top 10 fave Sentai series ever.
