Well Gavan makes perfect sense considering he appeared not only in movie canon via Gokaiger vs Gavan, but also in show canon via Go-Busters (albeit it was a different Gavan, but still)

What if they didn't actually go to the past as much as Owner was in on the whole plan, thereby making it seem like they went into the past. I wouldn't put it past him with his level of crazy to pull it off.

When I started watching Goseiger I wasn't expecting a whole lot but it's turned out really good. I think I figured out what tribe Burajira is. I think he's Seaick because he didn't use an orb when he used Camomirage where as he used an orb for his Skick and Landick Tensou techniques.
