Re: Shinya Kote/Ren Amagasaki, in hot water for extramarital affair

Namikawa is a pretty prolific voice actor, so that's probably why he got away with it.

I remember the actor that played Sasword got dumped by his agency because he kept banging other actresses and I don't think he ever got picked back up, so it might be related to popularity.

Re: Ryusoulger 29 released

The whole plot of the episode might have had more weight to it if we had seen the relationship with this girl earlier or the whole marriage thing hadn't been overused as a gag so much.

Re: KR Zero-One 06 released

Return to form after last episode. Wish they'd slow down the Kamen Rider appearances, but at least Jin is somewhat of an interesting character.

Re: Japan ninja student gets top marks for writing essay in invisible ink

I had a student once tell me that after they turned in a blank exam script.

Isn' this kind of thing really bad in the Japanese entertainment industry, or do you only get dropped if you are an idol?

It wouldn't be exciting having to see him in budget meetings and the like every week.

Re: KR Zero-One 05 released

They keep saying that these characters are big contracts, so it kind of makes sense that Aruto is attending them personally.

Re: KR Zero-One 05 released

Probably the weakest episode so far. AIMS is just there to be in the episode and introduce a new toy, but don't really do much.

So failed Red is evil?

I'm not really getting where this show is going to be honest.

It feels earlier this year. Maybe it's just gone by so fast.

What is the point of killing off all these generals when they just bring them back again?

Re: KR Zero-One 04 released

Another great episode. The writer obviously recognised issues that plagues Ex-Aid because I don't see any here.

Vulcans form looks real neat. I love how Aruto it serious about showing the truth and attempting to bond with Vulcan.

Re: Heisei Kamen Rider Poll, Discussion, and All-Around Good Time.

I feel like it's a combination of things. First, like you said, it is a really well written show. Sanjou was the type of writer they needed to breath a bit of fresh air into the series. I'd argue most of the first half of the Hesei era never really hit stride at all, and W being really enjoyable fol...

Re: Japan’s Population Problem Is Straining Its Economy. The World Is Watching for a Solution

This is going to be a problem in most first world countries in the coming decades as medical advances allow people to live through more chronic conditions.

I feel like Japan had a jumpstart on this issue due to the fact that their diets and nutrition appear to have been better for a while.
