Well why not? Most of the exercises were actually physically possible. Except for the flying momo.

You're forgetting the fact that Kamen Rider Den-O is very popular with the kids these days and they need some role models (i.e. Ryoutarou and the DenLiner gang) to show how to look after yourself in a healthy lifestyle, as well as provide some beneficencies to the whole Japanese society. Otherwise, if kids were to glue on the TV screen too much, then it's hello to unhealthy weight gain, as well as damages to their bodies.

Oh, and I forgot; there's also the business side to the whole issue of why the Hyper Battle DVD was made, but since I'm don't tend to study 3 years of looking at pie charts, counting money and handle some profits, I'll let someone who's experienced in the range do the talking.

Still, that flying spin is impossible for any human and Imagin-alike to master that technique.

But those things I don't think would do anything, theres no way you can get stronger by doing those. And true, Liner and Momo were the only people who could actually do that in the whole DVD.

All I know is that it doesn't make you stronger, but it would keep you active. As long as you are glued to the screen with no physical activity, then that's probably the bad part.
