I do more than "go out". I usually leave the state on a warm day (that I'm off from work anyway). =P

But it is a sad truth, kids and adults everywhere are becoming bigger weight wise. My dad was telling me that there's a 7yr old girl in the news that weighs 400 pounds. Granted the problem isn't usually -that- extreme, it is still something that is an issue. Ofcourse I mean no offense to anyone, so please don't take it that way.

Since I haven't been working I've noticed that I've put on a few extra pounds. Since it's too cold to go for walks, I've put the training video on a flash drive and watched it in the living room on the big screen TV. I don't do the running in place, or the hopping (downstairs neighbors would hate me) but I d all the other Momo exercises. Yesterday I did them more than I usually do, until I felt a little shaky in the legs.

Today when walking around my legs felt like I was at the gym, and they're a little firmer than they've been. So yeah, I'd say it helps. I'm not going to get super fit just doing this, but when I do it I don't feel nearly as lazy or tired as I did before. I think that's what they were going for when they did it, to keep kids active.

I'm waiting for the day my roommate comes home and sees me swirling my arms. "Kuru kuru kuru kuru ORE SANJOU!"

Compared to what I do I'd probobly have to do that for a hell of a long time for it to make a difference.

I said it before, I got to the playground and copy the Ninja Warrior obstacles I can copy, Although a couple of them I do in my house.

I might have skipped over some posts in this thread. That's pretty cool. I have a friend that I tried to get to film his own video to send to G4, he probably could get on Ninja Warrior, though I don't know how long he'd last.

There's a playground here in the apartment complex I live at. I'd climb around on it but I could probably reach everything while still having my feet on the ground. And I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for a gym membership that I won't have time to use.

For the American Ninja Challenge? The people who won couldn't even do it (The winner and the runner up both failed on the Jumping Spider obstacle).
And my Neighborhood has 2 playgrounds (Well, its technicly 2 affiliated neighborhoods that go by the same name) and both aren't perfect but they work for what I use it for.

I just saw the commercial for the second American Ninja Challenge last week. I didn't even know there was a first!

I'd like to see some of the actors of the more athletic characters of the series take on some Ninja Warrior obstacles. Could you imagine Momotaros in his full costume doing the barrel roll?
