.rar is an archive file format like .zip, you need a program that can uncompress it
um, do a search for one, not sure if I can name any programs here, but there are a few free ones out there.

Use either winzip or winrar to extract it. Google is the answer or go to http://www.filehippo.com or http://www.download.com to get it.

Have you even looked at the instructions Take-san wrote that comes with the Special CD?

Also: DAMNIT! I can't master playing Kansai *in a Okita Sougo's voice from Gintama and act complete with a hammer and helmet (don't ask. Just go and find the OAV if you want to understand what I'm doing)* 'Jan~Ken~Pon~' with Kintaros! I guess that his act has made me cry.

And Urataros's tongue twister challenge was fun and yet at the same time, riduculously hard! I can't even complete saying the 'Sumomomo...erm...' part without saying the 'erm' part. XD (Though the Sumomo part reminds me of a familiar anime with the same title as that...)

*Sighs* Oh well. I'll just have to singalong with Ryuuta...
