I don't know where you are in the series but it was stated by Yuuto himself that he is not a singularity point. (Wait... I think it was him who said that. Correct me if I'm wrong.) Well, anyways, Yuuto is affected by time so he isn't one. So the theory about singularity points = riders should be false.

What I'm curious about is that if singularity points are born all around the world, or is it just in Ryotaro's genetic family. Given that Hana is Ryotaro's niece, does that mean that Gaoh was an estranged ancestor to Hana and Ryotaro, and does it mean that Kai was a descendant (he is a singularity point) given that if the present was pointed in the direction of time line he originated from?

i always had this crazy idea where Airi is pregnant, and when she gaves birth, if it's a girl it's going to be Hana, but if it's a boy, the baby is going to be Kai.

I think it's the first case. Both of Hana's parents(if Airi and Yuuto really are her parents ) are not singularity points. Airi, for sure, isn't one as well. She's affected by time since her memory keeps going on and off.

Genetics works in weird ways. Airi and Sakurai are probably carriers of the singularity point gene (if such of a thing exists). Being a carrier isn't the same of being a singularity point but they can produce children that might become singularity points in the future like with Hana.

Ryoutarou, Hana and Airi at least are singularity points... Yuuto is not. In the rebuilt timeline at the end of the series, Airi and Yuuto conceive hana at a later date, hence her changing to Kohana (ignoring the real life reasons). Kai was from an alternate timeline, so it's theorised that he is Airi's son too, but of a different paternity.
