Anyway, I haven't seen it in forever, but I love this movie. It's got good action and costumes. I liked the slow romance story. And the B plot is amazing.

I've watched it for more than two years. That contains a little romance story. I dunno if it's similar to ULTRAMAN movie.

The only thing that's really missing is the music video for the first movie's theme. But we never released that anyway, I think.

My major questions
1: His real Identity was Ichimonji or Kirihiko?
2: Is he pretend to be Kirihiko that spying on his fiancé who investigate about Shocker/ Kaizou ningen?
Or he pretend to be Ichimonji Hayato who seek a revenge on Hopper/ Hongo that killed him on the first place?
3: On the wikipedia said he was brainwashed by Shocker. And he even confessed he was Kirihiko.

You know, it's been so long that I honestly don't remember. I always felt like he was just lying to get close to Asuka and that she did have a boyfriend who was killed and they just looked similar.
Just checked the Japanese wiki and it says they're just look alikes. Not the same person. Whoever wrote the article you read probably was just taking liberties or had the wrong information. Link to Japanese wiki:

Ahh fuck with auto spelled. I supposed to checked the right spelling of "Katsuhiko" before posting.

It said that Katsuhiko was an alias. He revealed that to Asuka.
I guessed that the KR wikia author was screwedup on this section yet threw his theory to the wrong facts.

Must of totally missed this being released! It's nice to see this, especially because I like the second one so much. Except this is better because it doesn't have that grudge like horror subplot as well.

I was disturbed by the horror subplot but the sequel was good to be fair. The first movie was good too.

The Blu-Ray quality for this movie is so disappointing. Did they upscale this like they do for a lot of their old stuff? It looks like it was filmed in the 90's instead of the 2000's. I'm disappointed. The sequel looks much better in Blu-Ray quality but too bad the J-Horror stuff made me not want to watch it again.
