The cover pretty much says it all. It's the gender swap for the story about the pathetic guy who orders a girl and actually gets one, only the girl is pathetic and orders a guy. And the guy comes naked and gift wrapped. It's also Watase Yuu, same author as Fushigi Yuugi and Alice 17th and a bunch of others. And Ceres, God I hate that anime
