Alright I'm gonna throw this out here and it's probably in the wrong forums. I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that contained a list of the soundtracks for each cd? I'm only interested in the romanji/english (if that's all there is) translations of the songs. I have a bunch of cd's that I'm in the process of backing up and would love to have the titles filled out and such. I've been searching the internet for the past week and only found about ten or so cd's and that's about it. If anyone could help please let me know via here or in pm.
I apologize in advance if this is against the rules or in the wrong forum. This is the forum I figured it fit best in aside from maybe "off topic". Also, I know asking for the cd's is against the rules, but I'm only interested in titles and figured that might be ok.

Re: Toku Soundtracks
i don't think you'll just get a Site that just names track titles.
just for toku songs.
couldn't you just copy the filename into Google translate and translate the song title from there?
anyways, most websites don't really translate Toku songs unless there a big hit.

Re: Toku Soundtracks
Been googling/bing'ing/whichever for the past week or two. Thing with google translate is that some of the time its not close from my experience. As for websites, there are a few that did a bunch as I got most of my OhRanger, GaoRanger, MegaRanger, TimeRanger, GoRanger, Hurricaneger, Sun Vulcan, GoGoV, along with a few series from Kamen Rider/Metal Heroes.Xiaou wrote:i don't think you'll just get a Site that just names track titles.

Also with translating part of the problem is that a few of the ones I didn't have originals for were ones I downloaded awhile back and all they contain are ?????? in the file's ><

Re: Toku Soundtracks
Thanks for the site. That's the one I used to label a few soundtracks. The rest are just lyrics to the songs which while helpful, doesn't help me in labeling the tracks. Might have to see what I can get from Google translator and tweak it after some of the bad translations =P
Just going to suck after doing a good 50 or more cd's =/

lol -- Truthfully though, I'm not sure if its exactly 50 cd's. Vast majority of it is the cd's released for each Sentai series with a few Metal Heroes/Kamen Rider. Some were ones I bought, some were ones I have obtained over the years and such.Xiaou wrote:50 CD's of Toku Songs ...

Re: Toku Soundtracks
Lucky you.
but back on Topic.
your mostly likely to translate the songs by listening to the lyrics.
usually the song title comes up in the song.
it's usually whatever word is repeated the most in a Song is somewhat always the song title too.
Except in the case of the Kabuto Theme.
Next Level - YU-KI
even though it's called Next Level, the words "Next Level" aren't even said in the song lol.
so it's a tricky tactic i've given you there.

Re: Toku Soundtracks
Yea, I think that will be the next tactic. Right now the fun part *insert sarcasm* is visiting 4-5 sites and looking at what they have listings for and going through the songs and piecing them together. Oh well gives me something to do when I'm bored at times. lol
