You is all lucky, for this morning there was a trailer for Tourchwood 5 Part Special, the special starts Monday @ 21:00 GMT and will run for 5 consecutive nights (at least it was last time I heard), at least this will tide us over while waiting for the next Dr Who special to air sometime later this year

Torchwood is to air Monday to Friday next week @ 21:00 each day

3 remaining Doctor Who specials will air on 14th November, 25th December and 1st January

the 1st of January special will be the last appearance of David Tennant as The Doctor

this special is also rumoured to feature Capt Jack, Rose, The Master, Sarah Jane Smith, Donna Noble and an unspecified Time Lord

if that is so, it should be one cracking special

Thanks Az.
Planet of the Dead will air here on Saturday, and i look forward to the Water's of Mars.

Day 2 airs here tonight, looking forward to.

The end of Day 1 did raise a good question, can a man who can never die survive being blown to pieces?
Tune in to fine out!

Oh MAN, Children of Earth was a real journey for Torchwood, for the characters and the series as a whole. Season 3 takes on a very different style than 1 and 2 that has divided fans, but I for one really liked it. I won't spoil anything, but "the 21st century is when everything changes" has never been so apt. I look forward to discussing it with you guys when you have seen it all.

Also the new Doctors costume has been released if anyone wants to take a look, it has some serious geek chic going on.
Image Demon beasts called Horrors live in the darkness. This is a story of a Makai Knight who cuts down the Horrors. You better not look away.

tweed and dicky-bow

very geek

Series 3 was just awesome, the ending was different, and the ever changing cast keeps it fresh,

the ending just makes me wonder how he will be back for s4, although I have heard that he is supposed to be in the Dr Who special on new years day, either way, it should be cool to see how it all plays out now, this was an awesome 5 parter, it just shows you dont always need 13 eps to have a class series

Saw Day 2 last night.

Is there anything jack CANT survive? He get's blown to tiny bit but he still regenerates.

Evading the Government 101 - Use a Potato Truck.

And LoL at the theory it's because of the Torchwood hub that jack is Immortal. The Fan's all know it's because when Rose Tyler went all Super-God after looking into the Tardis's core, she revived jack after being killed by a Dalek, inadvertently making it so he can never die.

That is nothing but speculation.
Sure, John Barrowman believe's in it, but Russel Davis and David Tennent both dismiss it.

Watching Day 3.

Our heroic team turns to thieving...a pleasant thing to see. You don't see the Protaganist's committing crimes to get what they need too often.

Wow, Day 5 was something else.

The ending reminds of that series one episode with the faeries, Despite what human morals say, jack does what needs to be done to save the world. Even though it meant killing his own Grandson.

This was a great Mini-series, a very compelling story from the get go.
