*Hand raise* Doctor Who since I first saw old episodes with Tom Baker (Fourth Doctor, 74-81), Torchwood since the character of Captain Jack first showed up on Doctor Who and they started comparing each other based on their sonic devices.

Well with Torchwood I could understand what they did to Owen, I mean it would only have been a matter of time. Personally I want to see what they end up doing in terms of new members if they do do anything.

As for Doctor Who, damnit I don't want to wait till winter for new episodes T_T

I'm a fan of both, but I only got really into Doctor Who in the third season of the new series. I saw some of the stuff from seasons 1 and 2, but I really wish I could go back and see them again. But I'm not getting the DVDs, I'm not that obsessed. I've also missed a few episodes from this season due to recording flukes, and America hasn't finished the season yet, so please use spoiler tags.

I'm surprised there's even going to be a Torchwood season 3. The end of 2 caught me off guard. I mean yeah, they couldn't have kept Owen as a zombie forever, but Tosh? Wow.

I've thought about that but decided it's not worth it. I enjoy the weekly anticipation of seeing it on my own TV.

well i hope you enjoy watching edits

because when it is shown on SCIFI, BBC AMERICA and PBS it is edited heavily

the torrents are uncut and uncensored (best of all no commercials)

i also recomend the Doctor Who Weakest Link Special and The Sarah Jane Adventures

anyone else listen to the Audio Books?

there is also a Doctor Who Video Game that is coming out

I know and at times they cut the weirdest things. On BBCA when they were showing the second Christmas special, first episode to star Tennant, and they cut out the who 'Ginger?' conversation and the musical bit at the end and I just sat there thinking "...Umm, why? Do... Do they think we won't get it?' And weirdest of all they kept that on Scifi. Oh, but they aren't free from editing shame either. Last week's episode when the family is on the truck. Those of you who have seen the unedited versions should know the full scene and those who watched it on SciFi all you saw was that family being taken away and Grandpa Noble getting all worried angry there was a scene before had that they cut and it was just... weird... I mean not mentioning Torchwood cause it doesn't show on SciFi I can get but still.

Torchwood is on BBC America but is edited but for there BBC ON DEMAND its uncut and uncensored as a Directors CUT

Image Torchwood - The Complete First Season Blu-Ray

http://www.TVShowsOnDVD.com reports the high-definition Blu-Ray disc release of the Torchwood complete first season is being delayed in North America to November 11.
It had been previously scheduled for September 16.

The standard-def normal-DVD release of the complete second season is still going ahead on Sept. 16.

The website states:

Torchwood - The Complete 1st Series</b> is already out on DVD, and the 2nd Series (or Season) is headed for DVD release on September 16th. That was also supposed to be the release date for a hi-def Blu-ray Disc release of the first season. However, the folks at Warner Home Video (who distribute home video for BBC Video) have passed word that

Torchwood - The Complete 1st Series on Blu-ray Disc will be delayed.
The new release date is November 11th... ...No reason was given for the delay.
Online retailers, like Amazon and DVDEmpire, may still show the old date, but are expected to update before too long with the new information."

I hope you werent thinking of the game that is already out, which I was hugely disapointed by when i saw it in the shop. Big photo of The Doctor and Martha on the front, on the back, screenshots of badly drawn cartoons in a electronic top trumps game :(:(
