I have to admit, my personal favorites were the Kool-Aid douchebag and the March Madness brackets. But all of them were definitely awesome. 8D
Also, ZOMG. He be leaving. Whatever shallz we do. Certainly it cannot be so! (/endsarcasm)
PS. I think that Shoutarou and Philip will be able to pull through their relationship woes. The recent developments with Terui and Akiko seem to suggest that he's off the warpath for the internet-boy. :D

were you at least not busy enough to check out gid's tactics ogre patch? I think I was like the first person to post after he put it up because I have no life.jolly_old_saint wrote:Heh. Oh, yeah. I actually started writing for this thing, then forgot about it entirely. Ah, well. Can't help being busy. Sort of. Enough. In my own way.
Always next year, though, right? And time travel. But we're still a ways off from daylight savings, so that might not be so much of an option yet.

I'll vote for whomever translates Lost in Translation.. or can point me in the direction of where I can find a subs file with the japanese translated. Its not really related to to the content of this community, but its one of my favourite films.
Farewell Takenoko.

Unless he's being overly sarcastic and he's just joking around. >__> Internet's a difficult place to express sarcasm.

I totes vote Gyozilla. On the simple basis of making Agri say "Shinkenger was epic, though!" I particularly love Nozomu's "Goddamn trolls" comment XDDDDD
Also, SHINKENGER MILKSHAKES FTW.

Re: Takenoko Quit! Choose New Translator
I was serious. I watched about half of the video.. then it got to a point where I lost interest. I read some of the posts but what I gathered was all rants about how funny the interpretations of scenes in the videos were..
I'm a casual viewer. I seed when I can and I rarely comment in the forums.. mainly because of this reason where I'm clearly missing something..

The last three are all hilarious, but the 'super sentai > kamen rider' part is an obvious win

Well first of all, we don't take requests. Second of all, we don't point you to other fansub groups. Third of all, this video was the joke subs contest, Takenoko has not left us.eitlobsaboo wrote:I was serious. I watched about half of the video.. then it got to a point where I lost interest. Re: Takenoko Quit! Choose New Translator
I was considering doing one with ep 3 of HeartCatch. The scene with the student council president on the roof was just begging for it, but I decided that entering the contest when I'm the translator for the show anyway probably wasn't really in the spirit of the contest. :w
