Looks like it. I haven't seen the anime in years so a lot of the names don't mean anything anymore.

So do they actually release DVD/Blu-ray's of an officially filmed performance like with western musicals? cause i've never seen any of these stage shows subtitled. Wondering if the issue was no official footage filmed or something else.

Depends on the show? I know all the Sailor Moon musicials have been released on Blu-ray

I think like one of them was released to Blu-ray? it's all been DVDs before.
And I have a few anime musicals released on DVD that I haven't watched yet. I guess I kind of collect them.
