I've been rewatching GekiRanger and I've been wondering something. When Long first introduces himself to Mele he says "My name for now... how about Ron." Was that a translation error or does he actually say Ron? When I first watched the series I just accepted the alternating between "Rio" and "Lio" for Rio in some early episodes (I saw it happen during one of his pre-battle speeches somewhere around 7-10) as you guys still trying to decide to use the spelling of his name with a "L" or an "R" and thought this was a similar thing; but now that I'm rewatching it I've gotten curious and have to know or it'll drive me nuts.
So I ask the all-knowing forum: is it translation error or does Long actually ask Mele to call him "Ron"?
Because if it's the latter, I find that hilarious for some reason.
