That bathhouse in Nishi-Tokyo

I was watching the Milon's Secret Castle episode and for the Tamage segment that bathouse looked strangely familiar. I might have seen it in Den-O, when that Red Megaranger held it up, and in an episode of Yabe Kenzo. How popular of a location is it to film for a bathouse in Tokyo?
