Only done a tiny bit of searching, but Kioku no Kakera appears to mean "fragments of memory". Another short article I found on the movie said this:Apparently Toei is creating a new brand known as "Toei Hero Next," which will feature actors from previous tokusatsu series (I am assuming that this only applies to those owned by Toei.) acting out in more mature roles. The first installment to come out of this brand is going to be a sci-fi mystery film known as Piece: Kioku no Kakera.
Sounds neat, and I hope this new brand works out. I'd love to see Masaki Suda (Philip) and Renn Kiriyama (Shoutarou) from KRW together in a future project as well.The “piece” part of the title refers to a piece of metal which is needed to solve the mystery.
