Most people will recognize him as Kunzite from PGSM, but he did bit parts in Blade, Boukenger, Kiva, Rescue Fire, and OOO

Akira Kubodera (Kunzite, Kanai/Griffa Undead) found dead. He was 43

Anime News Network has the report.

The actor who played the Shitennou member, as well as one of the Royal Club Undead from Kamen Rider Blade and recently, Ali Al-Saachez from the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 live-musicals, sadly passed. According to officials, Akira was initially found unconscious in his home. Ambulance came for Akira, but as it reached the hospital, his vital signs were lost. Other reports are saying he committed suicide.

Rest in peace.

That's pretty sad. I really wish Japan would do better with support and suicide prevention and such
