In this episode, Old-man Costanza Kubota doesn't let Kenta use his MegaRanger powers for glory.
I understand that MegaPink's weapon is a little satellite dish, but why is it a MegaCapture? It's really just a generic energy beam shooter, isn't it?

Well the kid is a crybaby and has weird hair. I wouldn't trust him either. Kubota is just like every other old man and loves the ladies and screws the guys. As for MegaPink's weapon, I just don't try to apply logic.

It's capturing the signals, that's why :p

I didn't know the monsters were called Kunekune till this episode.

I love the music in this show. It makes it feel like aliens are really invading and that the situations are dire.

Well, that's how it's supposed to be anyway, but MegaRanger is especially good for it.

Way to stick it to Kenta, that's what happens when you always bag about your fans. Did this show really just reward Shinya for lying that he knew MegaPink, shame on you Sentai for teach young impressionable Japanese kids to lie. If they're going to reward Shinya for anything it should be for profiling your new neighbor's cause they might just turn out to be aliens in disguise.

^Maybe they're trying to teach kids that if you lie about something long enough, someone will eventually over-hear and make it come true just to shut you up?

So, did anyone else notice that the TVN staff credits are in Korean? Is there an interesting story behind that (like are you guys outsourcing )?

The staff credits have been different in all 3 of the most recent releases, I think the staff are just having a bit of fun, and why not. Thanks TVN for another great release

I liked when Kenta and Miku went around the corner and ran into that KuneKune mob. Even I was like, "Damn!":lol:

Good episode. I was a little surprised at the scene where a parent, albeit an imposter, started choking their child. I didn't find it offensive, but that's not the type of thing you're likely to see on a kid's show in the States.
