I thought it was really interesting how Kotoha's low self-esteem practically made her immune to the Ayakashi's insults. (Not quite so towards the end, but enough that she and Chiaki could gag the guy with rocks. XD) I wonder who's going to be next for character development.

I really want to enter that contest for the CD that was shown after the preview for Act 7, but when I looked at the online entry sheet, the mailing address is limited to within Japan based on the options under "Province". T_T

this is one of best character -based episode in Shinkenger

Kotoha has a very strong will of not letting words to bring her down and revealed some information about her past with her older sister. And she developed a bond with Chiaki.

We need to see more character development with the Shinkenger because 5 previous episodes were well thoughout and amazingly done

Not sure about everyone else but anyone here wish that takeru is paired up with kotoha instead of chiaki? Seriously, doesn't anyone feels that takeru is more suitable with kotoha in terms of age wise?

Hmmm....lets think about that one.....Chiaki and Kotoha are both high school students while Takeru is obviously in his 20s. Nope, don't see it.

I also feel that Takeru, if he has to end up with someone, should end up with the one who wants to be a bride, and a mother. ^_^ Since he obviously needs a maternal partner.

I'm guessing it has something to do with Dayuu's kid - remember Namiayashi from Act 4 also pissed Dayuu off with a "How's your son?" remark?

If anyone is curious, Zuboshimeshi was based on a Satori (覚), which had the power to read human thoughts.

With that said, anyone else wish Shinkenger spent some time explaining the folklore behind this year's monsters. It wouldn't have to be too long. It could be just like what Hurricanger did at the end of each episode, which were short yet informative.

This episode was very good. It kind of gave a lesson that accept your shortcomings instead of hiding them and putting up a facade.
I guess that is why Takeru was called a Liar. Also Chiaki being called a Leftover makes me think if he wasnt the first choice for being a samurai from his family..but somehow got the responsibility and hence he doesnt like it.
