question about the henshin devices in the show....

Ive been wondering in the show what would happen if the kamen rider Diend card was put in the Decade driver

And for opposite what would of happened of the Decade card when inside the Diend driver??

Would that make them transform into those riders?

I think it's been pretty well established by now you need Belt + Henshin item (card/gun/switch/zecter) in order to henshin. You can't just use someone else's item in your belt and transform into that rider. Sure, there are slut belts that will switch users a lot, but you need both the belt and the item to transform.

It's like asking if Date Akira would transform into OOO if he used a core medal in the Birth belt. They're just not designed that way.

The Ganbaride Cards pretty clearly fall under Power As Programs, so I don't doubt that the Kamen Ride DiEnd card would turn Decade into DiEnd. What I do doubt is that Decade!DiEnd would have the DiEndriver.
And I'm pretty sure the Decade card in the DiEndriver would summon another Tsukasa. So don't expect it to happen outside of erotic slash fiction.

At any rate, in Movie Wars 2010 Tsukasa used a card to turn his bike into Side Basshar, so the DecaDriver clearly isn't limited to only being able to copy the nine Riders whose emblems are in a circle around the lens on it.
