I wrote a blog post talking about why it's a little more trouble to order games from Japan. (I think it's considered a toy, which requires a special import license to send internationally)

Well Amazon Japan is now going to start shipping games overseas.

I usually buy everything from ami ami. Toys are usually cheapest, but you need to get in early to pre-order the good stuff. Games probably aren't as cheap as amazon japan for new releases, but you can use EMS shipping and they'll post it before release date so you get it on the day (usually).

Oh right, I forgot about amiami.
Also wtf Amazon? Clearly they heard my plea and changed the policy on the turn of a dime.

Main issue with ami ami is they often won't get extra stock in following the initial print run, which sucks for games.
