New opening and ending. Don't know how I feel about the songs, but I did enjoy the Sentaiesque ending dance number. Is that Kitadani Hiroshi on the guitar?

Wait, when did this series become a cross between Mugenbine and GaoGaiGar. Hey! Is that Endou Masaki singing that song?! Are you serious?!

Edit: I like the fact that Ritsuka was the one who pointed out that GaiaLeon is like a wild lion. It's nice that the writer's didn't forget that aspect about her

I miss the singing as well but this is a cool ending sequence nonetheless. Got to love the different teams "teaming up" for a fun ending and the vehicle-gattais as well.

(It does make one wonder why they didn't have that sort of ending for Shinkenger, with all their sentient origamis and whatnot.)[/spoiler]

Taiga is a badass with being able to handle Sakaen without a Fire Suit along with knocking down Hyper Sakaen with just his personal car. I like how Taiga not having a Fire Suit makes him so much stronger when he does fight with the rest of the team. Taiga has been always cool but his coolness has increased 50-fold with this episode.

GaiaLeon is also awesome looking especially in HD. Its Final Rescue is also cool with the four lions freezing Hyper Sakaen. GaiaLeon's theme song is awesome. I also noticed that Ritsuka was the only one who didn't step back when GaiaLeon roar at the others for Tatsuya's suggestion to shake "hands".

As for the songs, I like the new OP. As for the ED, it brings back memories of a series called Machine Robo Rescue. If you recall, the JAM Project did do the OP and ED for that series as well.

I liked this episode alot. I may be the only one who thoush of this but GaiaLeon kinda reminds me of one of Liger Zero's Frames from the Zoids series.

The new opening is up to par with the first one and the Gaia Leon song is awesome.

Dunno how I feel about the new opening, but the new ending is kinda fun. Seeing RescueKing dancing in the background was pretty funny. Also everyone seemed to be having a lot of fun with the dancing at the end, except Tsubasa. I wonder if he was just being in character or if the dude playing him felt embarrassed.

GaiaLeon's insert song isn't bad but it's certainly not as good as RescueKing's. I do like GaiaLeon overall though, he looks pretty sweet.

Wonder when we'll get to see Hyper Ukaen.

I wasn't expecting a new opening since the first one had already gone through a lot of evolutions. I think it's good song since it has a nostalgic quality that works well for a point in the series where all of the characters have been established. Tama-chan looked so angelic in the chef's uniform and then it suddenly switches to her holding a dish with a ton of red chilies poking through. Taiga's brother and niece into the opening and ending was a cool surprise. I'll miss the first ending but I like how the cast played up the fun and wacky aspect of the new ending instead of trying to be serious.

I also noticed that Ritsuka was the only one who didn't step back when GaiaLeon roar at the others for Tatsuya's suggestion to shake "hands".

She's Miss Perfect after all. I liked how Tsubasa reacts with a fighting pose as if he could defend himself against GaiaLeon using only his bare hands.

The fight scene in the warehouse really fun and dynamic.

I was wondering why Takara Tomy was releasing these recolored toys as part of the Custom Vehicle Series alongside the Rescue Fire toys. I guess we know why now. This company has a long history of releasing recolored versions of old Transformers so I shouldn't be surprised.

anyway from the opening and closing i sense big things, like did anyone notice taiga's bro and niece, i guess we'll be seeing more of them. and did anyone notice the recoloured rescue vehicles in the ending, when i first saw them on the toy site i thought they might be in the show but after they never appeared i thought they were the rare toy only forms but after seeing them i wonder if i'll get to see firedragondrill or dozerdragondozer or maybe turbodragonturbo. how about dozerdragonturbo and turbodragondozer. helifalconshovel and jetfalconcrane might be cool too. and does anyone think that although it was said that taiga can't wear a rescue suit he's gonna get one, dash 6 is a big hint.

The new opening is okay. The whole "you can fly, I can fly, we can fly" part sounds like something out of Peter Pan.

However, the GaiaLeon theme is pretty cool, and the new ending is fun.

I like how Ritsuka is always being portrayed as the toughest member (even tougher than strongman Yuma and super-serious Tsubasa). It's somewhat refreshing.

And yes, Taiga's Dash-6 seems to be a possible hint towards Fire-6 in the future.

I don't really like the new OP, and I really hate the new ending. But then I rarely watched the OLD ending anyway so I guess its not a big thing.

Did anybody else crack up when GaiaLeon's theme started going "Ga-ga-ga-ga" just like Gaogaigar's?

I don't like the new opening or the new ending they suck oh yes and that includes the songs as well. It would be nice to see taiga suit up like ishiguro did as R5. GaiaLeon seems to be a mix of Rescue Drill and Rescue Riser with the body of a lion. I think the theme of GaiaLeon sounds more like it should be a theme of a series on its own!

Cool episode! Taiga-taichou is extremely strong and like others before me, it wouldn't surprise if they made a special Fire Suit just for him.

GaiaLeon kicks ass, and handed Hyper Sakaen's ass to him. The part were Tatsuya says "shake" was really funny!
