Tsuburaya's hero of light, Ultraman was recently awarded by the Guinness Book of World Records for "a television series having the most number of spin-offs". Present in the awarding are a few Ultraman, including the latest hero, Ultraman Ginga and his host, Hikaru Raido (Takuya Negishi).

Probably Ultraman Towards the Future, a show that aired in the US during the 90s. If you've never seen Ultraman before, maybe try Nexus or UltraSeven X? They're fairly different from the usual Ultramen formula, so it might be better to get them out of the way.

And I see Dyna, Gaia, and Cosmos added from 1997 to 2001.
