Saeko in pigtails still makes her look like a bitch. So Wakana can regenerate from being smashed, that is impressive. Oh Philip, you're so close to your sister but what are you going to do when you have to fight her again? Wakana may have given up being Clay Doll for now but who knows if you can escape from that family or not. I kinda figure that Motoko had a part of the scheme but I thought she was the Dopant herself not Wakana's manager. I like the Spider Net and the Maximum Drive with the Stag Beetle.

Shoutarou hitting Akito with the slipper was great. After 14 episodes, he gives Akito a taste of the slipper. Also, that sweets ramen looks gross. You probably get food poisoning from that.

I realize that it's plot 'twist' isn't that surprising, or unexpected... But really does one have to be unexpected and 'original' just for the shock? There isn't anything all that wrong with the expected, it all depends on how it's handled I guess.

Its nice to see Wakana giving up the snobby biotch act and her father actually smiling when she drops her Gaia memory. Guess it shows he's not that evil in some ways...

But definitely Saeko's got issues, probably due to the fact that her childhood is non existent due to being the oldest child having to help her father and stuff...

And damn the gadgets still amaze me when combined with the weapons. Pretty nice finisher to say the least.

-You know, if you're clearly setting us up with Philip being Wakana's little brother, you could at least quit the incredibly romantic and smooth jazz music when they talk to each other. I mean, Wakana's reactions to Philip in general are "love-love" enough...unless, he's not a Sonozaki by birth. That's always a possibility.

-Damn, Ryubei is one abusive father. Smacking Saeko upside the face like that.

-Akiko's little dance from 8:19-8:25 was quite amusing.

-The battle was a lot of fun and it's occurred to me that this is probably the most subtle way of making different ways to kill the MOTW. As we know the Gadgets can accept the elemental memories and attach to the weapons but not only that, they can perform separate Maximum Drives. This probably gives them enough fuel to beat up a kaijin in a different way each week. Also, there was some sick bike action today. I'm really surprised that they keep showing off the HardTurbular and HardSplasher as I was positive they'd go the way of Buroon Booster. It's really nice to see intense bike scenes again.

-If W is the brainchild of a mangaka, we need more of these guys to make Rider series. I have enjoyed every single episode so far and I hope this pace continues.

Okay so I was wrong about Motoko being the Dopant but I WAS right about what Phillip's reaction would be to the feeling he got from touching Claydoll. "I must be mistaken, that can't possibly be her!"

I'm also wondering if Wakana's father is going to let her stop being Claydoll or if he's going to try and force it back on her. He seems to treat her pretty well as opposed to how he treats Saeko, so I dunno.

And why did Phillip run out of the basement at first? He knew he didn't want Wakana to see his face, and it was just pure dumb luck she wasn't looking at that door when he ran out (especially since she knew he was there last time). I don't get that.

Also of all the times to not be able to talk about the previews. :\ Oh well, I'll live.

I concur!! Although Riku Sanjo isn't my favorite mangaka. Hehe, the dream team of manga writers and designers coming together to make one of the most epic riders ever.....*drools
Anyway, the episode!
-Great of Toei to use the same kiddy actor they used for lil' Phillip back in like episode 3 for Wakana's brother. That isn't obvious at all. Also, the outfits that they wear during the exposition are basically mirrors of each other in color, if anyone else noticed.
-We see sumoar badass Ryubee when he pimpslaps Saeko. Like the bitch she is.
-Wakana's face quite literally sparkles when talking to Phillip.
-@ 7:53-Did Akiko rip off his earring?! Or was it hair!?
-Moar ridikulous dopants!!! Apples?
Anyways, a very fun episode for exposition and character development. Climax was good, plot was fun; with all this funness and goodyness, I can't wait for the ultimate form to come out.

I really enjoyed this episode
It explained some of Sonozaki's family past (missing little brother!) and Wakana and Philip's character growth and backstory
What still bugs me though is the fact that Ryuubei seems to not know his youngest son is missing. Either that or maybe he didn't even care about him/totally forgot about him
