Begins Night Question

So while watching Begins Night DC, i had a strange thought that the island is the same island that is used in the Battle Royal II film, they do look very similar so I wouldn't be surprised if they are,

So does anybody know if it is the same island in question or is it another one of those random places that all look the same in the end.
