Kaibutsu (怪物) is made of the characters for "mystery" and "thing"
Bakemono (化物) has the character used in "ghost" (化け) and "thing" again
Bakemono is more along the spectre/phantom end, but both generally mean monster, like you said.

Wouldn't "怪" be more of "weird" than "mystery"???Lunagel wrote:Kaibutsu (怪物) is made of the characters for "mystery" and "thing"

It does tie into W which happens after episode 42 because in episode 43, they show Fuuto Tower being destroyed which happened at the end of the movie. It doesn't tie into OOO.

Isn't it actually set between episodes 44 and 45?Phoenix512 wrote:It does tie into W which happens after episode 42 because in episode 43, they show Fuuto Tower being destroyed which happened at the end of the movie. It doesn't tie into OOO.
Episode 44 ends with Kazu giving the case of T2 memories to the other Foundation X Agent, the one who get's attacked by Daido in the beginning of the movie. And it's actually Episode 45 which begins with the scene of Fuuto Tower being rebuilt.

Probably but I didn't have time to really check it this morning. It's more important that the movie does tie into the series while OOO's appearance is a bit meta.
Re: Kamen Rider W Movie: A to Z The Memory of Fate
great movie overall... it really proves my point... W is epic if they just leave the silliness to momo and the gang...
shotaro should really have his own featured movie/series as joker where he wouldn't share the spot light as the main guy with another... joker is just to awesome to be contained as a homage/cameo... both him and skull are my favorite riders in the whole series...
and i was wrong to think that i would never see those awesome bike scenes again since "the first"

What KR series have you NOT seen yet to say that. Kuuga had some pretty good stunts. If I am not mistaken they were done by the Narita brothers who were some pretty famous bikers. You don't see much stunt riding in newer series, Blade had a few, but none like KR of old.kokowaks wrote:great movie overall... it really proves my point... -Edit- Haha misread your first post. GOd I need to sleep at some time. Yes, this movie had some great bike scenes. Think someone should teach these newer KR how to drive
Re: Kamen Rider W Movie: A to Z The Memory of Fate
what i meant was "the last" KR movie that iv'e seen that has this quality bike scenes was "the first/next"... but considering they're made differently than the rest i didn't expect to see those bikes flying around that way... unless you count KRDR... they have this kind of quality scenes too unlike its counterpart...

Re: Kamen Rider W Movie: A to Z The Memory of Fate
But you can't have Shoutaro without Phillip... that's like Scooby Doo without Shaggy or something, it's just not right.kokowaks wrote:great movie overall... it really proves my point... W is epic if they just leave the silliness to momo and the gang...
