Voice even kind of sounds like the guy that does the Gaia Memory voice also. Pretty Neat.

Tachiki Fumihiko, the seiyu who does the Gaia Memory voice, also does other voices for games, anime and Toku so I would guess that it is him.

In the english version though it sounded more like the K-Touch in Decade

I was just watching the Sonic Colors Quick Look on Giant Bomb and they changed it to Japanese language, and I heard "LAZER!" and immediately recognized "Hey, DoubleDriver!" I came here to see if anyone else knew about this, and I guess so. XD

The Japanese commercial for the game has the DecaDriver's voice actor as the narration.
