Question about Dragon sword

Is the Dragon Sword actually on fire when they do the slash attack? And if so any one know how they do that and not have to use a new prop each week? And if not...How are they doing that super realistic flame with CGI?

some sort of alcohol I would assume. Not the drinking kind but some form of an alcohol. they normaly evaporate well, and can be absorbed into foam that let it evaporate, allowing it to burn the vapors and not the foam.

Maybe they anticipated that and have an infinite supply of Dragon Swords?

Or maybe it's made from Fire Resistant Material????
