So is anyone really pleased with this series?

When I watch the episodes I just keep in mind that the show is made for Children in the first place.
And that makes it a litle bit less 'silly' because it's not really ment for people between 15 and ...
But somewhere they put some things in only older people understand, so they try to make it the best for both worlds, but the kids go first.

@poelske:I'm fine with a show being for kids, but Goseiger doesn't really seem to do even that well. A show can be made for kids yet still be entertaining for adults. I think the reason Goseiger has gotten such a lukewarm reaction is because it doesn't have a clear, concise direction. We've no grasp of the reality in which the Goseigers live, how they're different from humans, or the extent of their abilities, even. There aren't even any concrete themes that the show plays with. Because of that, it seems like it just pulls whatever it can out of its a** for each episode.

IMHAHO, it's really just a show that is not only poorly written, but above all was very poorly designed and conceptualized.

I feel that you can't judge any Sentai series until you watch the whole thing.

I think it's time for us to close this topic down and wait until the series ends before any of us can tell what the series really means to people.
