I think that was probably the scariest villain yet. Quite diabolical really, it's a shame that they didn't do more with his character.

somehow, i really hate that kind of character that meddles directly with the Ranger's job. She seems to only thinks about her own agenda. Not to mention taking pictures directly behind a villain, is she dumb?
