I have a question. When the black ranger summons his Guardian Beast, he calls it 'JuuMammoth.' If i remember right, from goseiger, the word 'Juu' means or hints 'Beast,' so is he calling it 'Beast Mammoth' or something else entirely?

That's actually a good question that QC did bring up. In this case, Juu just means big/massive/heavy. A recent example would be OOO episode 12 title, the third part is Juu Combo (referring to the heavy animals gray combo). Juu will often come up with big or heavy things like big animals or large mecha 重

The jyu you're thinking up is the kanji for ZyuRangers or Jyuken, the one for animals. 獣

Anyway, JuuMammoth would probably translate to Heavy/Big/Massive Mammoth

I mean, these are all written in katakana, but based on what I know about Japanese, these are the kanji that I would associate with them

Okay Mr. D I won't, but yes the Giant Mammoth did exsist improper way of calling the Wolly Mammoth and a few other species of Mammoth including the pygmy mammoth.

Im a novice in Japanese so dont quote me, but im pretty sure "Juu" means "beast" (ie 'Zyu'ranger means 'Beast' Ranger and the mecha Snip, spoiler rules are still in effect. And from what someone else said on this board they just use the romanization "Zyu" to make it look cool.).

So Zyu or JuuMammoth means Beast Mammoth: although that doesnt make much practical sense, the additional "Juu" is probably just to make the name sound more badass.
