I've been wondering about this on and off for a long, long time now. In the show's title, directly underneath ジュウレンジャー are three light blue kanji. They've been covered up by English text in the fansub, though (no offense or anything).
What exactly does it say? I can read katakana and hiragana just fine, but I'm crap at kanji.
Kanji underneath the show's title.

Az is correct, the kanji are:
獣 - じゅう Jyuu (beast)
連 - れん Ren (tribe, group)
者 - しゃ Sha (people)
Due to the nature of the way kanji are pronounced when in compounds, the しゃ/sha becomes じゃ/jya, hence Jyurenja.

Re: Kanji underneath the show's title.
Do they use the same kanji for all the shows ending in "ranger"?
Or is it just in Zyuranger? I'm guessing so, it'd be sort of a play on words since they all belong to a tribe.

No not always. Sometimes it's just the ending to ranger. I actually talk about this a little bit in my learning Japanese thread
