Ah Bubbleman, my favorite completely useless bad guy.

Fun fact, just for shits, the Number on the lid of Netto's PET Advanced is the original air date of Rockman.EXE Axess.

From what I understand, this episode was there only to point out that you need to treat Cross Fusion like a Program Advance in the anime: by being in synchronisation with your navi.

Also, Dark Chips are mentioned for the first time.

And the saddest thing about all this, we don't know WHAT caused Bubbleman to make a plan focusing around fear, chaos and natural water, or even become a bad guy. Which means he's probably going to tell us later on.

I'm definitely looking forward to episode 4, Style Change replacement is on the way.

Fun but useless story: The battle before I face Bubbleman in the games, I was offered a ninja style change, from my regular WoodCust style, and I wanted ninja. Problem? It was a fire style change due to the challenge I had fought in previously, so I had to decline. There was no way I would let Bubbleman kick my butt

Ah Bubbleman one of the best character's in Axess. Also what's with not using cool code names, like Black Rose, Mysteriyu, or the ever popular Commander Beef, what better way to utilize Megaman's most famous nickname the Blue Bomber.

Anything but natural water! That's the vilest thing this planet has to offer!...
Nice episode-puku. Bubbleman is the most cruel evil mastermind ever-pukupuku.
Turns out it doesn't pay to be an ass to your partner that you unite with and transform into a masked super powered form. Hmm, sounds familiar. :]

Excellent use of lampshade hanging. My first thoughts were exactly the same as Rockman's. "So uh, why exactly is it bad for others to know you're a Net Savior?"

Part of me wonders why Shademan even puts up with Bubbleman and is (possibly?) willing to give him more Dark Chips. I dunno maybe Dark Chips are easy to make and Shademan is just amused by him. Like "Sure kid, whatever, go have a blast."

THE NAME'S MEGA MAN, YOU CAN CALL ME ROCK 'CUZ I'LL BE ROCKIN' YO' SHIT UP AN' DOWN DA BLOCK

Shademan puts up with Bubbleman because you just can't get rid of the comic relief character. I mean, think of poor Shademan bored to death on his boring old throne in the boring depths of cyberspace. Bubbleman must be a welcome bit of humor for him. =P
