Kanon is still trying to pick up the pieces of her heart while Taihei and the others fight off the Ipadada.

Why is Nao all sparkly? Is it supposed to add some sexiness to her? The doggy is fairly ridiculous.

I really like the music from this show. I suppose thats fitting since music is a main theme (or seems to be from the first two episodes). I also like the not so toku feel to it. It has good bits of action but there are definitely some other things going on as well. Thanks for the release. I'm looking forward to the next one!

Maybe it was because of all the actual toku meant for kids I watch that when I saw the two kiss on the street, I felt shocked. xD

I can't get the theme song out of my head either.
I'm slowly starting to dislike that prayer song. It's so repetitively sung it's not even funny.
But I am liking this style of the show.

This was an excellent episode showing how Kanon feels out of place when she talks to new people or be around with other people since what happened to her in the past. She had a boyfriend then being misled to ever think he liked her and to her prayer sing turned into a some rock track which highly disturbed her. Also meeting her former bandmates and the new lead singer was awkward for her.


And Nao-san look so damn good as well.

The Ipadada minion (frog) looks realistic. Nicely done. I can't just get enough of these episodes, I felt it was short for this kind of drama. Oh and the glitter dust on Nao's skin looks cool.

This show is way too slow paced for me. It's two episodes in and we've only seen Bujin free once, and that instance was in the past. I wish they would kick it up a notch.

if Kanon is supposed to be a modern day folktale you probably won't see it speed up that much for a while. I don't think this was intended to be super action heavy. It seems very plot-centric (as most folk tales are) and it doesn't have a problem with letting there be only as much fighting as the story calls for. If they had a ton of random fighting that could easily ruin the story flow of the story. However, when the fights come I think we can expect them to be pretty epic.

the whole purpose of the story is finding the person with the song that can wake Bujin-sama, now if you resolved that in 2 eps, its gonna be a boring series.

The show is more about the struggles of everyday life and how people interact and deal with it, you also have to remember this isnt a toku show, its a drama show with slight undertones of toku, so action is likely to be at a min at the best of times,

hardly wait for next episodes.....Dai majin has a good story en effect, like this alot
