I already said it last week in regard to the preview, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who ever did something like this, but GokaiChristmas has special meaning to me.

I had both the red and green MMPR auto morphin figures (the "flip heads") as a kid, and used to take them apart and put them back together, swapping parts between them, resulting in a pair of figures very similar to what we saw in this episode. I even called them "Christmas Rangers".

Too bad Halloween's long gone (yes, I realize it's not widely celebrated over there). He could have combined the one and only orange ranger (Battle Cossack) with Battle Kenya to make a Battle Halloween.

Also, is that plain, weak looking thing really BFJ's finishing bazooka? It looks like a PVC pipe potato gun! I know budgets were lower back then, but that's just ridiculous. It's not much of an exaggeration when I say I think any one of us could probably come up with something better...

I think he meant the hero that Kenji Ohba can transform into, not the show he's in.

Now that all is enlisted, he doesn't meet the Gokaigers as DenjiBlue, nobody noticed him as Battle Kenya in this episode. Guess he saved the best meeting-former-hero as Gavan, was it what the producer wanted? Making him meet the Gokaiger the first time in Gavan crossover. That's slick.

Good to see kids shows sticking to all the right traditions: slap your siblings, have a dance battle, and, of course, the christmas tranny, just like Tokyo Godfathers.

overall, though, this was an ok episode, and pretty decent for a christmas special.

Seriously what CAN'T Gai do? I mean I understood him mixing HIS two ranger keys but...that merry christmas key....why doesn't he just make a 199 heroe armor then, huh?

Insanity: the ability to do whatever you want because no one had the decency to tell you otherwise.

It's the reciting of Jingle Bells during the whole process that really puts it over the top and makes it a riot.

It was weird to see it happen because I like the fact that GokaiSilver is limited to 6th ranger keys. He is kind of strong enough as it is. Might just be for the Christmas special.

He did transform into black knight in episode 37, which is not on his phone.

Oh wow, the All Yellow was almost all feline except BoukenYellow and GaoYellow (KirinRanger is kinda lion/tiger?). YellowLion, GekiYellow, VulPanther would've worked!

Just realized something after this ep. They haven't done all-pink and from looks of it, it doesn't seem like it will ever happen. Kinda shame.

Combined of green and red rangers for x-mas theme, huh? Not bad...Gai.
