B-Fighter Kabuto had an American that spoke heavily accented Japanese as one of the extra heroes. Thats the only show I've seen that has had a non-asian has a toku hero.

Psyga in Paradise Lost was Chinese, but other than those two, I just assume everyone else is Japanese.

I believe the first Miss America from Battle Fever was Caucasian. Then again, she apparently spoke very little Japanese and had to be dubbed over by a Japanese actress... Aside from her, Momo Ranger and Heart Queen were both half-Caucasian.

Would that be Diane? Her picture on supersentai.com wasn't that great. It was hard to tell from that.

Having Marvelous slap Gai's hand out of his face was oddly hilarious to me.

Constantly adjusting the GokaiYellow skirt during the fight was so silly.

I enjoyed this episode, had a really good laugh when Luka and Hakase continued fighting, not realizing they already switched bodies (Hakase swinging the guns, and Luka shooting with the swords).

The "jewelry store owner" looks really familiar...

Gotta agree with the rollcall change, it was fun, haha..

And take a look at 12:48 again. That little sign says "The great man" among the other titles, "President" and "Prime minister." Anyone know Chinese? I think I remember　大人 meaning some sort of government official from my brief time watching Chinese historical dramas (and not really knowing what was going on)... so I guess that was the hilariously translated equivalent?

Gonna go out on a limb and say no. The closest they seem to get is "japanese people who come from the jungle/America/France/space". Shit, the Gokaiger aren't even human.

Keep in mind how non-asians are portrayed on these shows. We're generally used as comic relief unless there's a point to the character being foreign, like the world leaders in this episode. It's going to take a while before Japan moves on from "it's funny because they're white." At least we got a female Red, so... yay for progressivism in Japan?

Now why would they move on from doing stereotypes? South Park not to long ago did a whole episode of Asian stereotypes. It doesn't end here, it won't end there. I loved this episode. I did wish they would of just swapped the keys. But, I guess the suits are all identical. Except color.

I was just wondering when we were going to get the body swap/locked-in-a-room-or-dimension/chained to each other episode--now that I've seen it, it was just full of win:
