I think of when I hear that name. It's all over the place like OOO's name was. Story lines from what I have run across in english seem to match up. Oh well O's ain't over yet and I am going to enjoy it.

The only thing I can find regarding a source is either this or this site here which gives you the same info as said image; (if you type 4 under 文献種別 and 2011-027232 under 文献番号 ,then press 文献番号照会. (After that, you'd click the option on the left and it'd be number 540))

There's nothing else to go on besides that, though. (I'm not saying it's confirmed, just passing on what I know)

Kamen Rider Fonzie!

I'm going with the pronunciation of "Fours." Everything from Decade up to now has actually been an elaborate ploy by Toei to get out of making a new Kamen Rider after this one. The series after Fouze will just be Faiz remastered, followed by a Faiz sequel series starring Yuria Haga. It will be called Kamen Rider Sex and reuse the opening from Kamen Rider X.

This image has been circulating and the third credit that this actress (Fumika Shimizu) has is for being in Kamen Rider Fouze. So, either it's a publicity stunt, an accidental leak, or the truth . . .
