I dont mean a full blown personality change, I meant a partial shift in change.

Good example would be Gai from Jetman; he was a booze drinking, ciggarete smoking, saxaphone playing, womanizing ass hole who did not like Red Hawk AT ALL.

But by the time the show came to a close, he was a nicer guy who respected Red Hawk and even calls him friend. But he was still a booze drinking, ciggarete smoking, saxaphone playing womanizing -HALF- ass hole.

Not really. That's the thing about growth. Characters change.

But Takeru was still that same badass at the core. Hiromu just lost that, in my opinion.

Personally, I think this is a poor episode to judge whether or not Hiromu's still 'badass' or not. Unpopular opinion time, but I really couldn't care less about Pink Buster. She was overpowered, she shouldn't have been able to hold her own against all three Busters like that. I understand how she's a ~master thief~ and all but I have a problem with her just lifting Hiromu's Brace that easily too. Meh.

I think Hiromu's still pretty badass, and I think it's particularly significant that he hasn't lost his determination to save the world after the sacrifice he made in ep30.

Takeru used to be a self-centered jerk who didn't want anyone else in his war. Through the episodes you saw him connect and interact with his team and formed bonds and in the end he wasn't an ass anymore he was a leader.

Hiromu I believe has never grasped onto the leadership role even though his color dictates it. He has turned from ignorant ass to someone who is picking up on the small things. No more is he making comments that accidentally insults someone, he now holds his tongue.

I disliked that about Pink Buster as well. And the real Busters, no way and hell would they get paid that week if they were working for me.
And it's not my final judgement just yet, we still got a little more to go, just something I've been noticing.

I think the reason why Pink Buster was able to outclass the Go-Busters is because that they weren't trying to hurt her. They could easily capture her but without giving her a beating. It's different when they are facing the Vaglass but when against a human, they need to restrain themselves a bit. Also about her being able to steal Hiromu's brace, if a mere pickpocket could steal the Accel Memory from a cop why not a master thief from a secret agent.

Or just that Pink Buster is a thief formidable. Her super-power is super-escape-artist

About the fact that she stole Hiromu's brace ? A good pickpocket is not necessary an agile pickpocket, but a smart one. She diverted him and took the right moment. It could take one or two more seconds (which is a lot) it won't change.
