SPOILERS ALERT IF YOU DIDN'T WATCH THE AKIBARANGER EPISODES.
Skipping the cosplays done by Kozukozu since there are a lot and I'm just listing stuff off the top of my head.

Episode 1
- Akagi claims that it's impossible to have both a yellow and blue female senshi on the team.
- Akagi mentioned that it's a traditional for the monster to grow into a giant at the end of the episode.
- Reference to Itsuki Ranru from Abaranger who joined the team after stopping a smuggler, similar to what Akagi attempted.
- Beginning of the episode had the DekaRanger reference.
- When Mitsuki mentions that Akagi is old, Akagi makes a reference to Denjiman and Jetman for having older Red senshis.
- The cafe was basically all MagiRanger reference.

Episode 2
- Akagi makes a reference to DekaRanger episode 4 when Ban does a jump kick on Houji for being so pathetic after DekaRed does a jump kick on him.
- The Full Blast in the episode probably refers to the DekaRanger movie (it's also written in katakana like DekaRanger episodes)
- Yumeria orders 4 bowls of curry, just like Daita Ooiwa (the original KiRanger in GoRanger) did in episode 1 of GoRanger.

Episode 3
- Reference to Black Condor from Jetman with his badass personality and love for sake.
- Reference to look for Green and Black of the team, just like Liveman and Go-Onger.
- Mitsuki accidentally calls Boukenger Bouken Ranger. Akagi corrects her, but Mitsuki questions the "ger' at the end. Akagi tells her people got over that problem with Hurricaneger.
- Akagi does karaoke by singing the opening of Gingaman.
- Mitsuki makes a reference to Boukenger by saying she watched the DVDs and quotes a line from a Boukenger episode.

Episode 4
- Reference to Sun Vulcan when Akagi notes that a three-man team with one missing member hasn't happened since then.
- Reference to the DekaRanger episode where Houji goes undercover and challenges an Alienizer in a boxing match.
- Reference to the cosplays that Yumeria did. Mele from GekiRanger, Kaze no Shizuka from Boukenger, Jannu, Lije, and Lijewel from Abaranger, Swan from DekaRanger, Tetom from GaoRanger, and a few others.
- Akagi thought that it was a brainwashing episode when Mitsuki apparently was evil.
- Akagi makes a reference to Boukenger Task 14 when Masumi confesses to Natsuki that she was cute to break free of her brainwashing.

Episode 5
- Reference to the different types of curry throughout those of Sentai history.
- Akagi makes a reference to the Sentai episodes where the parents of the Sentai team tries to take their child back.
- Reference to MegaRanger where Chisato's grandmother tries to arrange a marriage.
- Akagi makes a reference to the parental visit episode of Sun Vulcan when he does his pose as AkibaRed.

Episode 6
- Reference to the gambling showdown between Gai and Gray in a Jetman episode.
- When Yumeria mentions her title "Fall for Me", it's the reference to episode 5 of Jetman.
- Reference to those Greek pillars used in Sentai fantasy such that episode of Gokaiger where Gai meets the dead spirits of the three sixth rangers.
- Reference to the building used in a GekiRanger giant robot fight.
- Reference to the episode Ayase from TimeRanger was on the ground while it was raining.
- Reference to the suit actor, Niibori, who played all Sentai reds until Red Hawk in Jetman.

What I have for now.

* In episode 10, Kozukozu mistakenly confuses Takuma with Retsu of the Gekirangers by showing a magazine photo of Retsu to Akagi, who shoots down the resemblance. This may be a reference to Shinpei Takagi (Takuma's actor) playing fake Retsu (as Manpei Takagi is his twin brother) in Gekiranger.

Miscellaneous
* Doctor Z's costume is a cross between Doctor Shinigami of Kamen Rider and Doctor Man of Choudenshi Bioman.
* A Super Sentai 30th Anniversary vinyl figure set hangs on the arsenal wall at the café.
* Toys and posters of bootleg Metal Heroes appear throughout the series: Gavian (Uchuu Keiji Gavan), Sharian (Uchuu Keiji Sharivan) and Shainer (Uchuu Keiji Shaider).
* In episode 1, Akagi references Sentai members' surnames bearing color names as a common standard in Super Sentai series. This is evident with the series' main protagonists: Akagi (木), Aoyagi (柳) and Moegi (萌).
* In episode 2, Hiroyo mentions that in the history of Super Sentai, only two Yellow warriors were curry lovers. She is referring to Daita Ooiwa/Kiranger of Himitsu Sentai Goranger and Asao Hyou/Vul Panther of Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan.
* When Akagi and Yumeria visit Otamix in episode 4, merchandise from Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica and Uta no Prince-sama can be seen on the shelves.

* In episode 10, while proposing a new plan of attack to Doctor Z, Malseena mentions a Chief Clerk named Seijo Gorilla Kujira (Seijo Gorilla Whale). In 1954, the words "Gorilla" and "Kujira" were shortened into the name of the kaiju we now know as Gojira (Godzilla).
* Takuma's use of a trumpet during his introduction as the new Akiba Red in episode 10 is an homage to both Makoto Jin/Battle Cossack II of Battle Fever J and Kikaider-01 of the Kikaider series.
* The roll call of the second Akibaranger lineup is an homage to that of the Gekirangers. After the individual poses, New Akiba Red yells, "Kagayake!" ("Shine!"), which is a nod to Sun Vulcan.
* New Akiba Red's "Savage Mice" attack is named after the 2011 film Salvage Mice, which was directed by Ryuta Tasaki (Akibaranger's director).

* In episode 13, Yumeria mentions the all-male idol group D-Boys while talking about Takuma. In real-life, Masato Wada is actually a D-Boys member. Other distinguished members of D-Boys include Masashi Mikami (Souta Mogami/Bouken Blue in GoGo Sentai Boukenger), Hirofumi Araki (Rio in Jyuken Sentai Gekiranger), Hiroki Suzuki (Jyan Kandou/Geki Red in Gekiranger), Masahiro Usui (Hanto Jou/Go-on Green in Engine Sentai Go-onger), Yuki Yamada (Joe Gibken/Gokai Blue in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger), Yuichi Nakamura (Yuto Sakurai/Kamen Rider Zeronos in Kamen Rider Den-O), Koji Seto (Wataru Kurenai/Kamen Rider Kiva in Kamen Rider Kiva), Ryuki Takahashi (Kengo Utahoshi in Kamen Rider Fourze) and Shion Tsuchiya (JK in Kamen Rider Fourze).
* The series' numerous plot changes parody the real-life politics of Toei executives taking creative control of their tokusatsu series that are under-performing in the ratings. One such example is 2005's Kamen Rider Hibiki, when the original production and writing staff were replaced from episode 30 onwards.

In episode 1; Akagi copies Oyobu from Maskman's special move, "Oyobu's lethal Dash!" when he runs away from the store.

There's a team of people in the show that turn into these multi-colored super heroes. I think that's a reference to power rangers in space.

I'm surprised that we should have to say this but don't post references from episodes of Akibaranger that haven't been released yet.

Not quite a Sentai reference, but...

Episode 10: Hakase's curse is similar to the one suffered by the American only Titanium Ranger from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue (based on GoGoV).

a) tattoo of a deadly creature (cobra/scorpion).
b) as the device used to morph is used, it aggravates the curse, making the tattoo move up the body, meaning there's only so many more morphs before the curse is completed
c) when the tattoo reaches the neck, the victim will lose their "life" (actually die/lose her voice which is a "voice actress' life")

Major spoiler ahoy from Akiba 10:

The MMZ-01 curse monitor system

ZyuRanger spoilers:
SpoilerShow
references the Candle of Life Clotho has set up for Burai in ZyuRanger.
Complete with lampshading tone. =))

If it's also eligible, probably for the others category:

Takuma's trumpet is a bit of a shout out to both Battle Fever J and Kikaider - Battle Cossack the 2nd carried around a trumpet sometimes, and Takuma's trumpet riff plays off Kikaider playing a guitar to announce his entrance. His biker gear also looks suspiciously Accel-like.

Added a label to the spoilers -take

I guess this is also eligible:

* The scene where Takuma saves the puppy in the middle of the street is an homage to the opening sequence of Seiun Kamen Machineman.
