Hey, Lunagel, could you give a few more details about where it is? I'm going to Tokyo next week and I want to visit it.

Starting from the plaza where the Gundam Cafe and the AKB Cafe are, head to the left side, up towards the main street. Go past the blood bank and right onto the first sidestreet. It's on the left just past another small cafe. It's pretty easy to miss, so if you are up to Sofmap, you've gone too far.
