Whoa, hold up! Following your logic (at least for Tachibana), he would have just collapsed for no reason when he was talking to Meteor on the M-Bus. Did that happen? NO! Leo stabbed him in the heart as Virgo. He did not just drop dead for "no reason at all". There is NO way that would happen. I mean, no one "drops dead" in the first place, I mean, they COULD, but there is a reason for everything. The only way that could work is if Sora poisons him, which I doubt.

Now, chcoman123 would probably agree with me if that they DID decide to kill him off and he just "dropped dead", THAT would be crappy writing.

My theory as to why this happened isn't a medical or biological reason, but a plot reason. Let's face it, Shroud lost purpose in life after...well not to give spoilers, but after you-know-who dies. Because of this, she finally fulfilled her purpose in life and had no reason to go on anymore, especially since she had nowhere to go back to.

Anyways, we're off track. Let's get back to figuring out who the white wizard is.

With the show half way done they're going to push everything into the plot. Like the identity of the White Wizard, and probably when they find the phantom Koyomi (obviously), and I'm afraid if they cram everything in there the show is going to end bad.

sorry guess I didn't make it clear. Koyomi was a gate but instead of her body shattering when the Phantom emerges her body remained empty. That's why Haruto has to give her mana time to time because she's a "shell".

She is. It was the episode arc where the cat tries to cut off that piano's hands that it is explained she is a "shell" that requires magic to live.

White wizard and wiseman are rivals on creating a perfect philosopher's stone.

The philosopher's stone is made from crystallized magic AKA crystallized phantom/human soul.

White wizard believes mages who can control their phantom can create a more refined magic to create the philosopher's stone. Which is why he's training mages but does not approve of Haruto gaining Infinity without his intervention/out of his plans.

Wiseman believes that phantoms are the best way to get the philosopher's stone because they are magic incarnate.

Ofcourse this is all just speculation.
