Always love episodes that try to expand the character outside of just being a sentai member. However, I was kinda disappointed with the mech's final attack. I see the drill and I'm like "oh yeah, there's your final attack" and then we get that shoulder attack instead lol.

OK, this episode annoyed me less than the first episode. I say less because I still don't get the appeal. Someone before me described it as sentai with ADHD and I tend to agree. There wasn't time to explore ANYTHING! Echoing what others have said, the gattai was long and overly complicated and King throwing a battery across the world...

With that said, I guess it could be worse. I grew up in the '90s so I remember Saban's attempt at adapting Carranger that shall not be named. That still stands as the worst tokasatsu related production I have ever seen. With that said, this is, so far, my least favorite sentai in recent memory.

yeah, jumping onto a mecha is not the same as throwing a battery to the other side of the world. both are awesome, but in different ways. i'm actually more inclined to believe the former than the later

We've had bullet-catching, vertical wall-fighting and numerous other things. Just chalk it up as another crazy thing that you need to suspend belief for.

Is anyone else getting a Ryukendo Vibe from this series? Like how they fed off the emotions of people? And the bad guys dancing at the end?
I see it kinda like this:

I liked this episode much better. I was glad to see the stock footage henshins back. And I thought it must be terrible for blue having been through something terrible and then being suspected of doing it.

Also, it made me laugh when Green was all serious then dancing in the ending.
