Positions on the staff list

Unskilled roles

QC As a quality checker it's your job to find mistakes and to give good feedback on how to better phrase the subtitles. Not to say that one can't be skilled in this task, it's just that anyone with reasonable common sense and a good critical mind can perform this function.

Wiki Editor/Writer Wiki code is pretty easy to learn. All you need to do is be knowledgeable about what you're writing. A strong command of English is preferred. No need to apply to get this role. Just join the wiki and start editing away. If you have a question about an edit, feel free to message me or any of the other wiki admins. Wiki Editor's forum

Skilled roles

Translator Must know Japanese, must have a strong command of English. What you write must fit the tone of the scene.

Typesetting Must have a good eye for aesthetics. Some programming required. Knowing how to use Aegisub is sort of a must. http://docs.aegisub.org/3.0/ASS_Tags/

If you think you'd like working with us, send me a PM at takenoko.
