KR Gaim 10 released
Wiki: http://wiki.tvnihon.com/wiki/Kamen_Rider_Gaim_10
Is Kamen Rider going to save Christmas again?
Love the design for Kiwi, but overall just a setup episode for the battle next week.
At least we know where the nut bros get the money to buy their replacement Lock Seeds.

Where do they get the money then?
Unless you somehow think standing around dressed like reindeer helps afford them.
Or maybe the nut seeds really are that cheap.

???
Like Kouta, they're standing around holding signs as part-time jobs. They certainly aren't doing it for fun.

Yeah but does that really afford those lock seeds? They seem expensive.takenoko wrote:???

I like how Micchy attempted to skirt around Bravos questions. He couldn't say they don't like him.
Also, when Bravo holds up his Bike Lock, its the DX Toy as opposed to the prop. Did they only make a couple of props for each bike?

Re: KR Gaim 10 released
How do you tell? Is it the fact that the things on the bottom are hollowed out (obvious hole for an attachment) while the prop is filled in?
I'm amazed you noticed that.

Re: KR Gaim 10 released
So... Zangetsu is a Shinkenger. Somehow this is once again Decade's fault, it has to be.
Silliness and phrase association aside, I know that none of the others like him, but Bravo getting involved is not exactly a bad thing from Michi and Kouta's POV. If anyone can keep Zangetsu tied up long enough for Kouta to investigate, it's Bravo. Keeping that fact from Baron, Kurokage and Guridon is the tricky part.
And I've got to say the new arms intro felt... underwhelming to say the least. Also, I get annoyed when Kiwi Fruit are just called Kiwi. That's a fruit, not a bird or a person from New Zealand (or the New Zealand national Rugby League team). So the less it appears the better in my opinion.

Oh Kouta, surely you don't need Suika Arms just to fight a few human scale Invess right? Although this also means the CGI budget for the Arms is back.

Re: KR Gaim 10 released
this wasn't one of the better episodes, but it should still be noted that, so far in this season, no episode has been bad, so it's still a good episode.
Honestly, the thing I'm wondering most right now is, why did Kurokage have Kouta's contact info in his phone?
and a thought occurred. I don't think transforming into armored riders really changes Kurokage and Guridon's personalities, but rather just shows what they're really like. Kurokage, while loud and boisterous normally, is smarter than he seems, and since he's more likely to get into fights, he knows better how to fight. meanwhile, Guridon is normally the "smart" type, but really that's only because he uses his wits to try and avoid fighting as much as possible. when he transforms, he's forced into actually having to fight, and not only that, he's forced to do so with as unsubtle a weapon as there can be, meaning he can't just go bluffing and using his guile to get by, and since he's in unfamiliar territory, he's unable to handle himself and acts less intelligently as he does all he can think to do under duress to keep himself alive.

I think it's not so much that their personalities change, but their roles get reversed.

Re: KR Gaim 10 released
And then all of them are killed by the one Rider who's Lock Seed specific weapon is a large shield... Can almost taste the irony in that one.

Re: KR Gaim 10 released
Look at the size. When Baron holds his lock, it's massive enough to palm it. When Oren holds it, he does it between his thumb and middle finger and it's a lot smaller.takenoko wrote:How do you tell? I'm amazed you noticed that.
Either that, or the guy that plays Oren has gigantic hands compared to Eitoku. I'd make a screen comparison, but I'm super lazy.
