If someone volunteers to do the script editing the way someone is fixing the Sexy Voice and Robos scripts, sure.
Goodbye, Hase, say hello to Sayaka for me!
Anyway. first the silly stuff.
Wonder if Sid used a bonding spell to fill his soul gem with hases soul(it was that or another Fus Ro Dah joke)
Takatora: Say, wanna go kill a kid?
Sid: do i? sign me up, bro!
i would have loved if someone had said the fruit in the middle of the bar was actually wax or a prop.
An that's what happens when you don't take care of your nails, kids!
now the serious stuff.
Kouta has suffered a lot of shit after going to the forest and discovering they were guinea pigs. His world had changed completely. he felt like everything was going to be alright. he had the belt and was able to protect people and earn money from dancing. there was the mystery of the cracks and inves, sure, but that was just an obstacle they needed to overcome, and as long as he was able to protect his friends, he felt like he would be able to stop whatever was happening.
Then he becomes completely powerless to protect anything.
In the end, his hard work to protect all those civilians from the invess became meaningless after they were infected by those vines anyway. The people who used to cheer for him now hated him. Even Rat, one of his friends, got hurt because he let Hase escape the first time.
And now, when trying to save Hase. Doing every single thing he can think of to try to stop him without killing him. he tries to reason with him, to stop him without killing him. he tries with all his heart to reach to him, to make Hase return, to save someone. yet he fails, and Hase dies in front of him, with Kota powerless to do anything against Sigurd. He is a protector, yet he can't protect anyone. He is a failure of a hero.
Kaito has been saying for a while he wanted power to defy yggdrassil. it has been mentioned before how "big and powerful" Yggdrassil is, and in this episode we see just how small Kota and Kaito are compared to them. they were defeated effortlessly by them, and they did not care even a little about what happened to Hase. for them, the riders are test subjects, research to be disposed once they don't need them anymore.
Yet Takatora, the way he told Hase to spit the fruit, it shows he still se them as "humans" to some extent. He probably isn't thinking of hase because he is a danger for Yggdrassil, but because he knows there would be no turning back for him, and the best thing he could do for Hase was to give him a merciful death.

Urobutcher did say that there would be intense suffering by episode 14. This is a double whammy. Was expecting the Hase thing, not so much the Yuuya thing.
It's not just worker guy. Any Invess we haven't seen evolve from a base Invess could conceivably have once been human. There's also the uncertainty of what will happen to those infected with the plants.
I love how, in the goodbye images, the actor still has the 'vines' paint on his neck XP I don't know WHY I love that but I dooo.
Alright alright people time for some office wide bets to pay off. We've got, let me see... *takes out a clip board and several rolls of money* Who had, Yuuya was the first Inves Kouta destroyed? *looks around and tosses a few rolls of money out* Who had, Hase would be the first 'Rider' to die? Who had Hase on their death pool? *Tosses the money out* Aaand, ah yes, Sid becoming a major villain? *pours money out onto everyone*

I really have to give Micchi props for getting in there and getting shit done. Also his and Kouta's actors really sold the shock and horror at the big reveals which most of us have predicted since episode 1.

No, no, no! Given the comparative run length, Hase is Mami. Michi is Sayaka.

Maybe she's Kamen Rider Marika and has been slumming it to keep an eye on the Beat Riders.
Speaking of which, I am quite curious how they plan to move forward with her. Unlike Mage she does have a unique design and is being introduced early enough that she might buck the trend. (And even the Death of Riders is scared of Urobochi. Man hangs out with Nasu for one thing).
