Regarding the Bad News (KR: Gaim 14)

Not asking when there will be a release and such, but am a bit confused by the "BAD NEWS" part. does this mean there won't be a subbed episode 14 of Kamen Rider Gaim from TV-Nihon, or do we just have to wait , sorry this just got me confused and I'm just seeking clarification on this end. Thanks a ton :3

It mean that they need to find raws for theses since they usually cap them themselves. It already happened last year during the Wizard Infinity arc. So the wait will be longer, but it should still be released.
