Over Lord Inves motifs
Over Lord Inves motifs
I know this is a bit late but I was wondering about the motifs the overlord inves are based on; mostly Demusha, Redyue, and Rosyou. The other overlords that were seen and appearance are already pretty noticeable; especially the green ones from Redyue's side. Also with the face and horns for Kaito's Lord Baron form, it has some resemblance to a stag-beetle; could that be a reference to Kamen Rider Kuuga and his connection with Daguva, a being that can bring out the destruction of the world?

Re: Over Lord Inves motifs
I dunno if there is a major motif for the three Overlords beyond the basic character design split by color. (Red is animals and western based, green is western and myth based, and blue being Japanese styled, not sure if the white is supposed to be a whole new category or a continuation on blue)
But their names do mean:
Demushu: Crimson
Redue: Jade (green)
Roshuo: Chalky white
