Lol, Touche. Okay then allow me to rephrase, how about at least citied for good old fashioned harassment? Pretty sure that whole thing constitutes highly inappropriate unwanted physical contact (of the rubbing variety) in the workplace. As someone who doesn't like being touched by people she doesn't trust (As in has to forcibly refrain from pulling away. Which happens way too often working with the general public, seriously does no one appreciate the personal bubble?) the whole scenario made my skin crawl. Kudos to the actor for being able to elicit such a response from me but still.../shiver.
